بر اساس این گزارش، دمای فعلی هوای قصرشیرین 31 درجه سلسیوس بالای صفر و رطوبت موجود در هوا نیز هفت درصد است.

وضعیت جوی این منطقه در روزهای سه شنبه و چهارشنبه صاف تا نیمه ابری با غبار غلیظ در بعضی ساعات همراه با وزش باد و رشد ابر است كه به تدریج با كاهش غبار همراه خواهد بود.

گرد و غبار موجود در منطقه قصرشیرین نتیجه توفان های شن در بیابان های عراق است كه از طریق باد از مرزهای غربی وارد ایران می شود كه این مساله آلودگی هوای شهرهای مرزی كشور از جمله قصرشیرین را در پی داشته است.
